The ad is the story of a young kid on a quest to find out the age-old question 'How Many Licks Does it Take To Get to the Center of a Tootsie-Pop'

His search takes him to the wise old owl who takes the tootsie-pop to conduct his experiment.

He takes one lick.

Then Two Licks.

Then on the third lick, he loses all control, bites into the tootsie pop, and confidently announces.

"Three, It takes THREE licks"

Stay with me, I promise this has something to do with women and dating.
